Purpose of the Proposal and Its Anticipated Effects, Including Any Changes in Existing Rules: This rule making is to update the language around dishonored payments to more accurately represent current practices, update pronouns, and make other updates to grammar. Reasons Supporting Proposal: The current language stating that registrations, licenses, or permits will be canceled does not accurately represent current process, as they could be suspended or otherwise invalidated.
