    NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING — SPECIAL USE PERMIT The Culpeper Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Special Use Permit application SUP-26-905 concerning a seasonal open-air craft and produce market in the rear courtyard of an existing two-story commercial building in the Town of Culpeper, Virginia. Hearing date: November 18, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers of the Town Hall. The application would allow up to eighteen vendor stalls on Saturdays from May through November between 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., with temporary canopies removed at the close of each market day and deliveries limited to the alley entrance. Written comments may be filed with the Planning and Community Development office before the hearing. This notice is published once for a Virginia special-use hearing sample.
