- PCA-2011-PR-011-005 / CDPA / FDPA (RZPA-2025-PR-00058), Cityline Partners LLC and Galerie Development, LLC (Providence District). Amend the plan and proffers for the Taylor Block of Scotts Run Station South, 7581 Colshire Drive, McLean, to build a continuing care facility of about 825,000 square feet in three towers.
- SE-2025-SU-00030, Bazaar Depot LLC d/b/a Cozmo One (Sully District). Allow restaurant and retail uses above 10 percent of floor area at an existing wholesale facility, 14201 Sullyfield Circle, Chantilly.
- SE-2026-SU-00012 (Sully District). An adult day care center at 14101K Parke Long Court, Chantilly. The agenda shows intent to defer to November 4, 2026.
