Sale details from the notice

• When: Tuesday, November 3, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., or no later than three hours after that.
• Where: the north steps of the Howard County Courthouse, or another place designated by the County Commissioners Court.
• Terms: public auction to the highest bidder for cash. Under Texas Property Code § 51.009, the property sells as is, without warranties except warranties of title, at the buyer's own risk. The substitute trustee may set more reasonable conditions under § 51.0075 and will announce them before bidding.

• Property: Exhibit A describes a 10.09-acre tract, surface estate only, out of the SW/4 of Section 41, Block 32, T-1-S, T&P Ry. Co. Survey, Howard County. A 30-foot strip along the north side is reserved and dedicated for public road purposes.
• Security instrument: a Deed of Trust dated August 13, 2014, recorded August 15, 2014 as Instrument No. 2014-00005639 in the Howard County real property records.
• Note: dated August 13, 2014, original amount $181,115.00.
• Mortgagee and servicer: Freedom Mortgage Corporation, Boca Raton, Florida.
