No. ZOST listings are paid advertising on the county hub. They are not Public Register Placement, not Legal Publication, and not a newspaper classified. A register placement does not satisfy newspaper or other statutory legal-notice requirements, and neither does this shelf.

After payment, a person reviews it. Hard bans — minors, pornography, hate, hate symbols, blood and gore — do not go live. Anything that looks off waits for a person. The shelf is everyday, not Sunday-only.

How do people contact the seller?

The public page uses a contact form. A phone number is shown only if the seller opts in. A website is shown only after the desk verifies it.

How do I take it down?

The receipt email includes a take-down link and code. Weekly and monthly listings are canceled in Stripe when you use that link.

Place a ZOST listing

Announcements, services, real estate, help wanted, autos, and the other categories each have their own form. Pay the rate, then a person verifies the listing before it shows.

ZOST is a short paid listing on the Notice Nearby county hub. The product home is zost.app. On the county page the shelf is labeled County Adverts. You pick a category, answer that category’s questions, add keywords, and write about 280 characters. That text is what someone can copy as one post. The listing stays with the county you chose.

Announcements — $3. A short community announcement. $3, on the hub for 45 days. No photo.

Services — $5/wk. Packaged as $5 a week (the $1/day rate, weekends included). Cancel from the take-down link.

Help wanted — $25/mo. $25 a month. Applicants use the contact form. No photo.

How to place one

Open /adverts.
Pick the category. Each one has its own questions.
Choose the state and county hub. Add keywords and the 280-character text.
Leave the phone off unless you want it on the listing. A website is optional and stays hidden until verified.
Continue to Stripe Checkout. The receipt email carries the take-down link.

Free posts are not sold on that form. Email adverts@noticenearby.com or hello@zost.app. A person reads them before anything is listed. Mail to any name at noticenearby.com still arrives; use one of those two addresses in public copy.

Live listings for a county are also JSON at /api/adverts?state=&county=. The web shelf and a later app read that list. Checkout stays on this website.
