The proxy says the information is as of March 10, 2026, and lists his age as 58 and his director service as beginning in 1996. It says he joined the company in 1989, was vice president of property management and development from 1996 until April 2002, then vice president and secretary, and was appointed vice chairman and secretary in January 2004.

The same proxy says he became interim president and chief executive in September 2013, was appointed president and chief executive in February 2014, and was elected chairman in April 2015. It says he also assumed the duties of interim chief operating officer from October 2024 to January 2025, and that he has been employed by the company for 36 years.
