Randy Wood has led Lindsay’s irrigation business from Omaha since 2021

Lindsay Corporation’s definitive proxy statement filed November 21, 2025 lists Randy A. Wood as president and chief executive officer since January 2021 and as a director since January 2021. The proxy says he was chief operating officer from September 2020 through December 2020, president of irrigation from May 2016 through August 2020, and president of international irrigation from October 2013 through May 2016. It says he joined Lindsay in March 2008 as vice president of North America irrigation sales, and that before that he spent 11 years with Case Corporation and CNH Global.

The proxy gives the principal executive offices as 18135 Burke Street, Suite 100, Omaha, Nebraska 68022. The company’s leadership biography says he also serves on the board of The Manitowoc Company.

Lindsay’s company history says founder Paul Zimmerer began a farm equipment business in Lindsay, Nebraska, in 1955, with an irrigation towline for rough field terrain, and that Zimmerer’s sons designed the first Zimmatic center pivot, which began operation on a Nebraska farm. The history says the company moved to Omaha in 2001, moved to a new Omaha headquarters in 2019, and that Randy Wood took the helm as president and CEO in 2021. It says Lindsay celebrated its 70th anniversary in 2025, and that in 2024 the company broke ground on an expansion at its manufacturing facility in Lindsay, Nebraska.
