Sale October 21, 2026 at 10:00 AM Mountain Time, Front door of the Pennington County Courthouse, Rapid City, SD. Grantor: Leah Lisalynn Lick and Jeffery Lick (mortgagors). Mortgagee/creditor: BankWest, Inc.. Ref: Case 51CIV25-002122 (Seventh Judicial Circuit). Judgment rendered July 22, 2026, plus an order and judgment of Sept. 4, 2026, for $453,352.82 exclusive of costs and attorney fees, plus $12,616.33 in costs and fees. Those are judgment figures, not a minimum bid. The mortgage is dated Dec. 17, 2021 (Document No. A202123710).
