    Flash Flood Warnings for Okaloosa and Santa Rosa Counties, Florida, and Coffee, Dale, Geneva, Henry and Houston Counties, Alabama, Until 8:45 a.m. CDT

    Heavy rain is causing flash flooding along the Florida Panhandle coast and in southeast Alabama. Two new Flash Flood Warnings came out early Monday, Oct. 5, 2026. NWS Mobile warned southern Okaloosa and southeastern Santa Rosa counties in Florida until 8:45 a.m. CDT (6:45 a.m. Pacific). NWS Tallahassee warned parts of Coffee, Dale, Geneva, Henry and Houston counties in Alabama until 8:15 a.m. CDT (6:15 a.m. Pacific). Destin, Fort Walton Beach, Navarre, Dothan, Daleville and Headland are named. Up to 4 inches of rain has fallen, with more possible. Turn around, don’t drown.

    GM's March 26, 2026 deep dive rates the new LS6 6.7-liter (409 cu in) V8 at 535 hp at 6,100 rpm and 520 lb-ft at 4,600 rpm with 13.0:1 compression.     Flash Flood Warnings for Dale and Henry Counties, Alabama, and Clay, Quitman and Randolph Counties, Georgia, Until 7:45 a.m. EDT

    Heavy rain is causing flash flooding along the Alabama-Georgia line. The National Weather Service in Tallahassee issued two new Flash Flood Warnings early Monday, Oct. 5, 2026. One covers central Dale County, Alabama, until 5:45 a.m. CDT (3:45 a.m. Pacific). The other covers east central Dale County, Henry County, and Clay, Quitman and Randolph counties in Georgia until 7:45 a.m. EDT (4:45 a.m. Pacific). Ozark, Daleville, Abbeville, Fort Gaines and Cuthbert are named. Radar showed 1 to 3 inches already fallen, with 1 to 3 inches more possible. Turn around, don’t drown.
